San Romero de Las Americas wants to invite you to a be in SOLIDARITY with Haiti after the major earthquake that struck the country yesterday. Thousands of people dead and countless have been left homeless. The need is massive. Our respond NEEDS TO BE MASSIVE!!!

We are working with community organizations like Centro Pedro Francisco Bono, Inc. and MUDHA who have a long trajectory working with Haiti and haitian-dominican communities in the Dominican Republic.

It is still too early to know the full extent of the damage, but we are expecting very high loss of life, widespread destruction of homes, schools and other buildings, and major damage to key water, electricity and road systems.

Prayers and monetary support are needed. Solidarity is the greatest act of love, San Romero de Las Americas stands with the people of Haiti and invites you to be part of these efforts…
