Free Chester Gregory Concert in NYC!

Let’s be real – with the recession here EVERYBODY is avoiding paying for luxury items and events such as concert tickets. Entertain yourself without breaking the bank by checking out R&B recording artist Chester Gregory live tonight at 6pm at the Barnes & Noble at Lincoln Center.

During the concert, Chester Gregory will perform singles from his debut recording album In Search of High Love, and is scheduled to make a major announcement in regards to his next project. If you’re impressed by what you hear and moved enough to purchase the album, you can buy it there and get it signed by the artist himself.
My suggestion – check out his performances while it’s still free! He’s a great artist with an enormous talent and his shows won’t be free or cheap much longer. I passed up an opportunity to see John Legend perform live during a free show a couple years ago, while he was still street buzz, and now I’m kicking myself because his ticket prices are about $65 now.
If you’re in the New York City area and into soothing ballads you should definitely check this event out. The fact that it’s free, coupled with Chester Gregory’s singing talent and performance training ensures that it will be time well spent. If he takes requests be sure to request “Questions” - it’s a great song and one of my personal favorites. His rendition of “I Only Have Eyes 4 U” is awesome as well… make sure you hear him perform that one. Check out the video on VH1 and VH1.com starting July 15th.
