Morgan graduate, graphic designer, writer and artist has added another title to the list, clothing designer. Artist Terry Plater has a unique personal style which he describes as “a mixture of ‘50s Harlem renaissance old school mixed with a modern-day skateboarder.“ The 25-year-old Baltimore resident uses mixed-media not just when he paints. He loves to build an outfit with layering components.
“Being an artist, the way I dress is pretty important. It’s always important for me to be different and that includes how I look.“

Fresh Toppings will be on display at di[e]ce, a new boutique that will be having its grand opening in downtown Baltimore this Saturday, August 29. The di[e]ce boutique specializes in eco-friendly and sustainable clothing lines, featuring clothing from local designers, local and estate sales as well as their in house collection.
